Morning Star Christian Academy, an English speaking school in Port Au Prince, is one of the top three private schools in the nation. Morning Star was founded in 1994 with 11 students, and has now grown to nearly 300! Morning Star consists of grades K4-12 . For the past 10 years Morning Star has been on it's current property, which consists of over 7 acre's of tropical landscape, with over 20 classrooms, and complete dining and recreational facilities. The campus is large and well kept thanks to our hard-working staff. Morning Star students have gone on to major universities throughout the United States, a few even graduating the top of their class in places like Columbia, Brown, and Oral Roberts University. As of May 2009 Morning Star has been granted Provisional Accreditation by the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA.) ICAA Accreditation is recognized by states and universities across America.
