Dr. Jay Threadgill graduated from International Bible Institute and Seminary, Orlando FL, and has received his Doctorate in Biblical Studies from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He and his wife have served the Lord in the nation of Haiti for the past 24 years. They are the senior ministers of COTR-Port Au Prince, which has grown from 6, to over 7000! Fishers of Men Ministries has planted over 25 churches throughout the nation, as well as 14 academic schools, and 4 accredited Bible schools. Fishers of Men also facilitates a feeding program, which last year fed nearly 3000 students throughout the city and in the rural areas of Haiti.

Along with being one of the senior ministers at Church on the Rock - Port au Prince with her husbands, Dr. Jay Threadgill, Mrs. Linda Threadgill is also the principal of Morning Star Christian Academy (MSCA). MSCA was birthed in 1994 with only 11 students and has grown to almost 300! MSCA is considered one of three premier private schools in the nation, with graduates who attend universities throughout the United States. Morning Star's purpose is to create and influences a generation of leaders with a Christ centered academic education. Mrs. Linda (as she is affectionately known) takes great delight in loving and raising up the next generation to live whole-heartedly for Jesus.

Jennifer Redditt is our office administrator at our stateside office in Melbourne, FL. Jennifer is an integral part of our operation handling hundreds of letters, donations, phone calls and emails every week. Jennifer has a heart to serve and keeps our day to day operations running smoothly. Jennifer is Jay & Linda's daughter-in-law and has been married to Tommy for 15 years. Jennifer is a mother to three wonderful children. Jennifer graduated from Brevard Community College with her AA degree and in her spare time enjoys time with family & friends, read and walking. Beyond all these things though, she says that her relationship with Jesus is what is most important!

Miranda Threadgill is our Missions Team Coordinator in Port Au Prince, Haiti. Miranda oversees our missions guesthouse operation and is responsible for overseeing and hosting our visiting missions teams. Miranda is the daughter-in-law of Jay and Linda and has been married to Jayson since 2011.
Miranda graduated with a bachelors degree in business management. Besides her duties as the Missions Team Coordinator she also mentors girls and coaches the girl volleyball team for Morning Star Christian Academy. Miranda is the proud mother of a beautiful girl, Brianna. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope."
